All financial transactions on the s99my platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). s99my supports approved local payment methods including online bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. s99my is not liable for any losses resulting from errors made by users when entering transaction information. Any confirmed deposit is non-reversible except under specific circumstances as determined by management.
Withdrawals are subject to an account verification process that may require identity documents. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method, typically ranging from a few hours to three business days. s99my reserves the right to withhold withdrawals suspected of involving suspicious activity pending the outcome of an investigation.

Users will be notified via their registered email if their account is suspended, except in cases requiring immediate action.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the s99my support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.

Governing Law
